Requirements

Physical fitness, at least 15 years old on the day of the event, and paid participation fee. (Underage participants must provide written parental permission.)

We accept a maximum of 450 registrations!

Water

approx. 15 - 22 °C, salty + wavy

Equipment

Wearing a wetsuit is mandatory, and the suit is not provided by the organizer. Fins and other aids are not permitted. Swimming caps are provided by the organizer and must be worn for safety reasons. The transponder for timing is attached to the ankle with a chip band.
